Thier way chunk 2 part 2

The production of having frozen potatoes delivered to restaurants had became a competitive business to many corporations. One of them who was the successful Simplot corporation,Lamb Weston, and McCaine who battled producing potatoes and giving them to famous restaurants.Those three frozen french fry providers control 80% of the french fries delivered to restaurants. Yet by doing so they have eliminated and acquired most of their smaller rivals. Yet by acquiring fries they make a huge profit off of farmers and told them to increase production and lowered prices like from every $1.50 someone would spend on a large fries the farmer would only receive 2 cents.Then the companies would tell the farmers to increase production which put them under pressure or not they would get out of business.Because of this the number of potato farmers had been decreasing though to this time the remaining farmers were given more land to harvest potatoes by the time only 1,100 farmers remained enough to fill a high school auditorium.one of the focuses of inputs and outputs that encourage in just one crop which is the potato that relied heavily on chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, advanced harvesting and irrigation equipment by then American farmers had become the most productive farmers in the world at the time. Another thing that shocks me to know would be the chemicals that give off a tasty flavor, Like for every restaurant their fries and burgers would give off a distinctive flavor that would say "Oh those are McDonald's fries". or " That's Wendy's double cheese burger ".
What scientist would do is put artificial and natural flavors to the food we eat. As you see you would mostly see this on sodas, yogurts and desserts.  Scientist have discovered many different flavors in these Chemicals/ Potions as they put it, like Methyl anthranilate that would later be known as Grape kool aid and methyl-2-peridylketone makes a popcorn taste, and ethyl-3-hydroxybutanoate makes a marshmellow taste. Processors have tried hard in only using Natural flavors but have failed.
